Learn how to cook "Dough donuts with melted cheese and powdered sugar". Delicious recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams of melted cheese (maybe more)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4-5 tablespoons flour (topped)
  • 1/3 teaspoon soda
  • a little lemon juice
  • frying oil and powdered sugar

Preparation:

Put the melted cheese in the refrigerator or freezer for 10 minutes, then grate it finely and mix with the sugar and the egg.

Soda quench in a little lemon juice and then add to the remaining products.
Start gradually adding the sifted flour, kneading the dough. First, put 4 tbsp. If necessary, use more, but do not make the dough firm.

Make it like a thin sausage (finger-thick) and wrap it around two fingers, forming a ring. Tear off the excess. This will give you even circles with a hole in the middle. This way, continue until the dough is exhausted.
Fry the donuts (they should turn golden) in very hot vegetable oil, and remove the finished ones with a slotted spoon, which will allow the excess oil to drain.

Serve them generously sprinkled with powdered sugar

Good appetite
