Necessary products

For yeast:

  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 50 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour

For the dough:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 700 grams of flour
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the stuffing:

  • 500 grams of apples
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar

Method of preparation :

Put the yeast in a bowl, add the sugar, pour the warm milk (at a temperature of 40 degrees) and pour the flour. Stir and leave the mixture in a warm place for half an hour.

Then add the eggs, remaining sugar and flour, salt. Gradually pour in the milk (keep warm again) and knead a soft dough. Cover it with a towel and leave in a warm place for an hour and a half.

The stuffing

Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut them into cubes.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, pour the fruit pieces and sprinkle with sugar. Stir and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.

When the dough rises, carefully knead it once more and let it stand for another half an hour.

Then cut it into small balls, roll them in the form of circles on a floured surface.

Make three incisions at the edges (from the end to the center of the dough) with a length of about 3 centimeters, they should be equidistant from each other.

In the middle of the base put the apple filling and form roses, lifting the "elements" from the dough to the top.

Arrange the finished roses in a tray, which you have previously covered with parchment paper. Brush their surface with egg and bake them in a preheated (200 degrees) oven.

In about 15-20 minutes they will be ready. Wait for it to cool and then serve.

Enjoy your meal!
