Required products :

  • 4 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 2 tablespoons dried onions
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (more or less, according to your taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill

Method of preparation :

Mix all the spices well so that they are evenly distributed among themselves. You can close them in a jar and shake it vigorously. It is important to store the spice in a completely dry jar, then store in a cool, dark place, away from your hob and oven.

If you want the spice to be smoother, you can grind it in a coffee grinder or other suitable appliance.

Consume up to 2 months if you follow the storage instructions.
