Required products :

  • 2 pieces of duck breast
  • 180 grams of finely marinated onions
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoons flour
  • 3-4 tablespoons butter
  • spices


Method of preparation :

Bone and wash the duck. Make incisions in the skin in the form of a net, season with salt and pepper.

 

Sprinkle the breasts with a little flour and fry in a pan with hot oil, placing them skin side down (for 10 minutes under a lid on one side).

Five minutes after turning the meat, remove it from the pan.

 

Drain the onion marinade and place the heads in a pan with the heated oil. Once fried, pour in the sugar and let it cook over medium heat to caramelize.

 

Serve the duck breasts with appetizing onions.

If desired, you can garnish with boiled rice.
