Required products :

  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon rice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon prune jam
  • 1 star anise
  • 6 cardamom seeds
  • 200 grams of duck breast
  • 8 prunes

Method of preparation :

Put 2 glasses of water in the pan and add the rice, salt and put one cinnamon stick. Cook for 10 minutes until done.

Put soy sauce, honey and 2 tablespoons in a bowl, add prunes and mix well. Season with salt and pepper, add the cinnamon stick, star anise and cardamom seeds.

Put the meat in this marinade and roll well. Cover with foil and leave to taste for 1 hour.

Heat a frying pan and place the skin side down to fry the meat for 4 minutes, then turn and fry for another 4 minutes.

Put the meat in a small pan and place the sliced ​​and pitted plums next to it.

Drizzle with the marinade and bake at 150 degrees for 25 minutes.

Serve the duck with rice and plums.
