Necessary products

 

For the dough:

4 eggs

1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons flour

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1 teaspoon cocoa

1 teaspoon boiling water

1 tablespoon baking powder

pinch of salt

 

For the cream:

200 milliliters of condensed milk

6 tablespoons cocoa

6 tablespoons fresh milk

1 tablespoon butter

 

The quantities of the products in the recipe were measured with a tea cup with a capacity of 240 milliliters.

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Grease with oil a rectangular shape approximately 20 x 30 cm, sprinkle with flour.

In a suitable bowl, mix the sugar with the flour, cocoa and a pinch of salt, which you sift together. Add the oil, then the hot water (almost boiling), the eggs and the leavening agent. Mix all the products until a uniform consistency and pour the dough into the prepared form. Level the surface and place the dish in the oven. The cake is baked for about 40 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick. When cool, remove from the pan.

Prepare the cream by mixing all the products for it in a suitable container, which you place on the stove. Stir constantly until the desired density is obtained.

Cover the cake with chocolate cream and serve.

You can sprinkle with grated chocolate or decorate as desired.
