Required products :

2 kilograms of beef loin
4 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
2 tablespoons coriander powder
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder

Method of preparation :

Put the meat in a large saucepan and cover with water.
Refrigerate for 24-48 hours, changing the water several times during this time.
Place a grid on the bottom of the pressure cooker and pour 1/2 teaspoon of water.
Put the veal on the grill and cook on high heat for 60 minutes.
Remove from the heat and carefully release the steam.
