Necessary products
For the roll:
4 eggs
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons flour
For the stuffing:
100 grams of melted cheese or more
100 grams of yellow cheese
100 grams of ham
5 tablespoons mayonnaise a
few cloves of garlic
parsley or other green spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Mix the eggs with the mayonnaise and flour. Beat well, you can use a blender for this purpose.
Cover the bottom of a suitable tray with parchment, grease with oil and distribute the resulting mixture evenly. Bake the egg base in a preheated 250 degree oven for about 6-7 minutes (or until golden).
Meanwhile, make the filling. Grate the melted cheese finely. To make it easier, first put it in the refrigerator compartment for 15 minutes, then use a grater soaked in water.
Crush the peeled garlic cloves, cut the ham into thin straws, grate the yellow cheese and chop the parsley. Mix the prepared products with the mayonnaise and spread the finished filling on the cooled egg base. Remove the paper and form a roll. Wrap it in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for 12-14 hours.
When removed, cut into pieces 2-3 cm wide and serve.
