Learn how to cook "Egg tart with ham, onion and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Grind the soft butter with the flour to get fine crumbs. Add 1 egg, water and salt to taste. Knead an elastic dough, wrap it in cling film and store in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Boil 4 eggs hard, cut the ham into thin straws, grate the yellow cheese.
Grease a baking dish with oil. Roll out a circle of dough and place it in the bowl so that its walls are covered. Pour raw beans or rice grains on top so as not to spoil the shape of the base, and bake for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Mix in a bowl the stuffing products: cream, ham, the remaining 3 raw eggs, yellow cheese, diced onion and season.
Pour over the baked base (remove the weight first), arrange the eggs, cut in half, and return to the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
Instead of ham you can use spinach or green onions, and an option for decoration are green onion feathers.
