Cut one carrot crosswise into thin slices, saturate the onion as for soup, cut the fish into strips about 2 cm wide, prunes - into small pieces (if they are very dry, soak them in boiling water beforehand), chop the dill.
Grease a cake pan or other suitable dish with softened butter, cover with parchment to cover the walls and start shaping the "cake".

Beat the eggs with spices and fresh milk and pour plenty of the dish. When you lightly press the surface, the grout should appear above it. If necessary, add more fresh milk to achieve this effect.
Let the fish cake stand for 5-10 minutes and then bake in the oven (between 40 and 60 minutes until the carrots soften, which are on top).
You can cover the dish with foil before baking and remove it in the middle of cooking.
Let the finished dish cool enough and put it in the fridge to cool well. When this happens, turn the contents of the form on a flat plate and cut it into pieces.
Garnish with ketchup, mayonnaise, green spices and cherry tomatoes.
