How To Cook Fish Cream Soup With Shrimp, Mussels And Corn - Recipe

Required products :

400 grams of potatoes

3 teaspoons flour

1 red pepper

500 milliliters of fresh milk

250 grams of cleaned shrimp

300 milliliters of fish broth

2 tablespoons olive oil

300 grams of canned corn

2 onions

70 grams of midi

250 grams of fish of your choice

salt and green spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Put the shrimp in a saucepan, fill with 500 milliliters of water and cook for 10 minutes. Boil the fish, you will use the broth later. Cut the onion, clean the pepper from the tail and seeds, cut it as well. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes.

Pour olive oil into a saucepan, pour onion and pepper, fry for 5 minutes and add the potatoes. After a minute, pour the fish broth, if necessary, water, cook everything for 10 minutes. Cut the fish into pieces.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt and milk.

In the saucepan with the vegetables, add the shrimp, fish, milk mixture, mussels, corn and let everything boil for 5 minutes.

The soup is ready. If you wish, puree. Garnish with fresh green spices or optional and serve.
