Required products :

3 pieces of fish fillet of your choice
6 strips of bacon
4 tablespoons olive
salt and ground black pepper to taste
vegetables of your choice (peppers, zucchini and others)

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.

Prepare 3 pieces of foil (large enough to wrap the fillets with bacon). Sprinkle with olive oil and put a mix of selected vegetables that you cut into pieces. Season the fish with salt and ground black pepper. Put two pieces of bacon on each piece of fillet, roll up and place on the vegetables. Close the foil, forming "packages", arrange them in a pan and bake the dish in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

Towards the end of cooking, you can unroll the foil and bake the rolls.

Serve with fresh bread or pasta.
