Required products :

  • 600 grams of fish fillet
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic

Method of preparation :

Make the marinade by mixing vinegar with honey and olive oil, add garlic, salt, pepper and stir. Spread the fish with the aromatic sauce, put it in a bowl, close it and put it in the fridge for an hour. During this time, the fillet will absorb the aromas and flavors of the spices.
