Necessary products:
500 grams of sea fish fillet
150 grams of cottage cheese of medium consistency (neither very liquid nor very dry)
1 egg
2 tablespoons semolina
garlic - optional
salt, parsley (can dill)
breadcrumbs
frying oil
Method of preparation:
Wash, dry and grind the fillet. Add the cottage cheese, egg, semolina, finely chopped parsley, salt and stir until smooth. Form meatballs from it, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry until golden in preheated oil.
Serve with a garnish of potatoes or rice.
