Necessary products:

  • 500 grams of fish fillet of your choice
  • 100 milliliters of milk
  • 100 grams of white bread
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 lemon
  • salt to taste
  • frying oil

 

For the sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 100 milliliters of broth
  • 1 yolk
  • sour cream to taste
  • lemon juice to taste
  • dill to taste
  • salt to taste

 

Preparation:

Grind the fillet, soak the bread in milk, and add it to the fish. Finely chop the onion, squeeze the lemon juice. Take a suitable bowl and mix these products and the egg in it, add salt to taste, knead the minced meat until smooth. From it, form small balls and fry until golden in hot oil. Arrange them on a plate and start making the sauce.

Wash and finely chop the dill, melt the butter and fry the flour in it. Then pour the broth, add the yolk, cream, dill, lemon juice and salt. Mix everything well.

Put the meatballs in the bowl with the prepared sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
