Required products :

  • 800 grams of lean red fish fillet
  • 200 grams of canned pineapple
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 lemon
  • salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Thoroughly wash the fillet, cut it into strips about 5-7 centimeters wide. Put them in a deep bowl and pour the juice squeezed from half a lemon.

Leave the fish to stand for about an hour, then add a little salt and sprinkle with your favorite spices / herbs, if desired.

Drain the pineapple from the canned juice, finely chop the garlic and walnuts.

Put a slice of pineapple on each strip of fillet, sprinkle with walnuts, garlic and roll.

Bake for half an hour in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Let the finished fish stand for 15 minutes in the pineapple-walnut sauce to have a richer taste, and then serve.
