Required products :
400 grams of cod fillet
200 grams of yellow cheese
150 grams of zucchini
1 red sweet pepper
1/2 lemon
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the fillet, dry it and pour the juice of half a lemon over it. Then cut into pieces about 2-3 inches in size.
Cut the pepper and zucchini into pieces of the same size.
String the prepared products on skewers and sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Bake them until they turn red on the grill or on the grill, then sprinkle with grated cheese while they are still hot so that it can melt.
Turn the skewers often on all sides, in about 15 minutes they are ready.
