Required products :

240 grams of canned sardines in butter (or other fish of your choice, maybe in tomato sauce)
2.5 liters of water
6 medium potatoes
1 carrot if desired
1 onion
1/2 teaspoon rice
2 bay leaves
salt to taste
1/2 connection dill
3 tablespoons oil

Method of preparation :

Pour the water into a saucepan, place on the stove. When it boils, pour the washed rice into it and let it boil again.
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and onions, wash them and cut the potatoes into small cubes and the onions into small pieces. Put the potatoes in the boiling water and stew the onions in the hot oil until golden.
When the potatoes are semi-finished, add the onion with the fat, the bay leaf, salt to taste.
It's time for the fish, add it to the pot with the other products, put the chopped dill, stir and when it boils again, close the pan with a lid, turn off the stove and let the soup stand for 15 minutes.
