Necessary products for 3 servings:

3 ripe but not too soft pears

60 grams of butter

3 tablespoons (topped) brown or white sugar

120 ml strong orange liqueur (not less than 40%)

whipped cream or ice cream for decoration when serving

Method of preparation:

Peel a pear, cut it lengthwise and remove the seeds. Melt the butter, add the sugar and wait for it to begin to melt. Then put the pears and fry them on both sides until they turn red (about 2-3 minutes on each side). Add the liqueur and flambé (until the fire goes out).

Serve immediately. You can decorate with whipped cream or ice cream.
