Learn how to cook "Fluffy pretzels with poppy seeds and sesame seeds". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

2 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon pressed yeast
100 milliliters of water
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
sesame and poppy seeds for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

Mix the sugar and yeast, pour in the warm water and add half of the flour. Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Then add the oil, salt, remaining flour and knead the dough.

It should be easy to separate from your hands and from the dish. Let stand 10-20 minutes, then divide it into 6 equal parts.
Form medium-sized balls, make a hole in the center of each and leave for 20 minutes.

Turn on the oven to preheat to a temperature of 220 degrees.

Pour water into a suitable container and put on the stove to boil. Put the dough wheels in it for about a minute on both sides.

Take them out on paper.

Mix the poppy seeds with sugar to taste and roll one part of the pretzels in them and the rest in sesame seeds.

Arrange them in a pan whose bottom you have covered with parchment and bake in a preheated oven for about 13-18 minutes.

The longer they are baked, the more crispy crust will form.

Submit them cold.

Enjoy your meal!
