Required products :

1 whole large egg + 2 yolks

25 grams of fine crystal sugar

300 milliliters of low-fat milk

2 tablespoons brandy or cognac

75 grams of ground bitter chocolate

seeds (optional and to taste)

vanilla pod

chocolate flakes

whipped cream

Method of preparation :

Beat the egg with the yolks and sugar. Put the chocolate in a suitable bowl, pour the brandy or cognac, put the seeds, the vanilla stick and put the bowl on a very low heat until the chocolate melts, then remove the vanilla. Slowly add it to the beaten eggs, stirring with a wire for this purpose, pour in the milk. Distribute the mixture in suitable bowls (molds) and cover them with foil.

Put a grid in a large bowl and pour hot water, the amount of which reaches the grid. Arrange the tins on it, close the container with a lid and let the cream cook for 8-10 minutes. When cool, put it in the refrigerator overnight.

Before serving, decorate the dessert with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
