Required products :
300 grams of potatoes
100 grams of mushrooms
1 onion
2 small zucchini
oil
spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Clean, wash and dry the mushrooms. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin circles, which are fried over high heat in a little oil to form a golden coating on both sides.
Cut zucchini into circles, onions into semicircles, and mushrooms into slices.
Add the mushrooms and zucchini to the fried potatoes, let them cook over medium heat until soft.
Next is the onion.
Salt and spices to taste.
And 10 minutes later, pour 100 milliliters of water into the bowl with the vegetables.
Allow them to cook until the liquid evaporates and the potatoes are fully cooked.
Serve the dish with a salad of fresh vegetables.
