Learn how to cook "Fresh baked potatoes with aromatic spices and white wine". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 1 kg of fresh potatoes
  • 70 milliliters of white wine
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • salt, black pepper, paprika
  • fresh parsley and oregano
  • 100 grams of butter

Method of preparation:

You do not need to peel the fresh potatoes, it is enough to remove the flakes with salt. Rub them with it, rinse and cut into shapes of your choice. Pour the potatoes into a pan and pour the wine. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake for 20 minutes on low heat.

Meanwhile, melt the butter and sauté the finely chopped garlic cloves, dill, rosemary, parsley and oregano. Season with salt, black and red pepper. Stir and remove the dish from the oven. After reducing the liquid, pour in the aromatic oil mixture and return.

Set the baking on top and bottom, reduce the temperature to 160 and bake until golden brown. Cool, distribute portions and serve the potatoes, garnished with a drink of your choice.

Bon appetit and cheers!
