Learn how to cook "Fresh grilled garlic with roasted vegetable sauce and baguette with butter". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • thick stalks of fresh garlic
  • 1 baguette
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • left

For the sauce:

  • 3 large well-ripened tomatoes
  • 1 small sweet red pepper
  • 1 small hot red pepper
  • 1 large head of old garlic
  • small bunch of parsley
  • a handful of roasted almonds
  • juice of half a lemon
  • olive oil to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (sweet)
  • a pinch of brown sugar
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Roast the tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers and head the garlic on the grill. Put them in a bowl, which you close with a lid or cover with cling film for 5-10 minutes. Then peel the vegetables and put them in the bowl of a blender. Add the chopped parsley, almonds, red and black pepper, sugar, salt to taste and pour the lemon juice and olive oil to taste. Beat all ingredients until smooth.

Crush the old garlic with a little salt, add the butter and stir.

Cut the baguette into pieces (at an angle) 2-3 cm thick, not cutting the bread completely (the slices should be connected at the base). Coat each incision with garlic oil and wrap the bagel tightly in two layers of aluminum foil.

Grill or charcoal, arranging the stalks of fresh garlic next to the bread. Turn periodically until their top layer turns black (during this time, the bread will be ready).

Serve the roasted garlic stalks with the tomato sauce and the fragrant baguette.
