Learn how to cook "Fresh potato salad with sun-dried tomatoes, olives and cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of fresh potatoes
200 grams of cheese
150 grams of olives (black and green)
5-6 dried tomatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil
freshly ground black pepper
basil to taste
Method of preparation :
Boil the potatoes, peel them and drain the liquid with a colander.
Cut the dried tomatoes into large pieces.
Cut the cheese into cubes (you can break).
Mix the products in a suitable deep bowl, season with olive oil and ground black pepper to taste.
Stir and serve.
