Necessary products:

 

  • 2 strips cut into strips
  • 1/4 teaspoon beans edamame
  • half sliced ​​cucumber
  • 100 grams of finely chopped ham
  • 1/4 tea cup dried blueberries
  • 50 grams of crushed blue cheese
  • 1 cup fresh whole blackberries
  • 2 teaspoons lettuce of your choice

 

for dressing:

 

  • 100 grams of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 pinches of onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons crushed blue cheese

 

Method of preparation:


Wash and dry the salad, put it in a large plate.

 

Add the cucumbers, beans and carrots. Cut the ham into thin strips and add to the mixture, along with the dried blueberries, shredded blue cheese and blackberries.
