Required products :

500 grams of chickpeas
1/4 teaspoon soda
100 grams butter
1 onion
3 medium tomatoes
1 teaspoon paprika
sausage of your choice
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Pour chickpeas with warm water, add soda and a pinch of salt, leave for 12 hours. Then drain the liquid, wash the chickpeas.
Put clean water with salt on the stove, when it boils, pour the beans into it. Close the pan with a lid, reduce the temperature and let the chickpeas boil for 2-3 hours until soft (the exact time depends on the type of chickpeas and the hardness of the water).
Cut onions, tomatoes and sausage.
Heat the butter in a pan and pour the onion into it. Fry it over low heat for about 5 minutes (until soft and translucent). Then add the tomatoes, mash them and leave on the stove for 10 minutes. It's time for the red pepper and the pieces of sausage, mix everything and remove the pan from the heat.
Drain the chickpeas from the liquid using a colander and pour into the pan with the remaining products. Put back on a hot plate and let the dish cook for 10 minutes, stirring.
Serve immediately.
Enjoy your meal!
