Wash, dry and slice the aubergines. Beat them in the flour and fry them. Drain and arrange on a plate.
In a small saucepan put the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, lemon juice and heat the mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes, cool and garnish the eggplant with the resulting sauce.
Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh onions and sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy the taste!
