How To Cook Fried Eggplant With Balsamic Sauce, Garlic And Sesame - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Fried eggplant with balsamic sauce, garlic and sesame". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 2-3 eggplants
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • salt, oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch of brown sugar
  • 3 pressed garlic cloves
  • a few stalks of fresh onions
  • 10 grams of sesame seeds for sprinkling
  • juice of half a lemon

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash, dry and slice the aubergines. Beat them in the flour and fry them. Drain and arrange on a plate.

In a small saucepan put the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, lemon juice and heat the mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes, cool and garnish the eggplant with the resulting sauce.

Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh onions and sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy the taste!
