How To Cook Fried Loaves With Cinnamon, Ice Cream And Maple Syrup - Recipe

Favorite fried slices from childhood, but prepared with cakes, spread with aromatic butter with cinnamon, dipped in fresh milk with eggs and served with a ball of vanilla ice cream and maple syrup or honey. Because they are delicious, juicy and fragrant.

Required products :

  • 4 tablespoons butter, soft
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 4 loaves, cut in half (or slices)

for serving (optional):

  • vanilla ice cream
  • maple syrup (or honey)

Method of preparation :

Mix 3 tablespoons of butter with half a cinnamon and stir.

Beat the eggs, milk and remaining cinnamon. Spread the halved loaves with cinnamon oil, dip in the egg mixture and leave to soak for 30 seconds.

Heat butter in a pan and fry the egg cakes for 1-2 minutes on a side until golden brown.

Serve the fried cakes with a ball of vanilla ice cream and pour with maple syrup (or honey) if desired.
