How To Cook Fried Meatballs With Cheese And Tomatoes - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Fried meatballs with yellow cheese and tomatoes". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

500 grams of minced meat mixture
1 medium tomato
60-80 grams of yellow cheese
1 small onion
1 small bunch of parsley
1-1.5 teaspoon ready seasoning for minced
breadcrumbs (or flour)
salt and ground black pepper to taste
3-4 tablespoons of oil

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion (and garlic if you prefer), chop finely and add to the minced meat. Add the spices.

 

Cut the tomatoes and yellow cheese into small cubes.

 

Pour into the bowl with the minced meat, add the chopped parsley. Mix everything thoroughly.

 

Form round meatballs from the mixture.

 

Roll them in breadcrumbs and flatten lightly with your hands.

 

Put them in a pan with very hot oil, then reduce the temperature.

 

Fry on both sides until golden (3-4 minutes each), maybe under a lid.
