Required products :

  • 4 small salmon fillets (without skin and bones)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet red pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white and black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme, basil and oregano
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)

 

Method of preparation :

Mix cayenne and red pepper with dried onions, add salt, white and black pepper, thyme, basil and oregano. Mix the spices well. Dip the fish fillets in the melted butter and roll them in the fragrant dry mixture on both sides.

 

Drizzle the fish pieces with oil on one side and fry them in a hot pan, placing them with the re-greased part down. Cook until dark crust forms (3-5 minutes).

 

Then pour the other side and turn the fillets. In 3-5 minutes they will be ready to serve.
