How To Cook Frittata With Mushrooms, Tomatoes And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 30 grams of unsalted butter
  • 200 grams of mushrooms, cut into thin slices
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, cut in bulk
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves

Method of preparation :

  • Melt 20 grams of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped mushrooms and tomatoes, stir and cook for about 3-4 minutes until soft.
  • Lightly beat the eggs in a large bowl with 1 tablespoon of water.
  • Add the yellow cheese, parsley, mushrooms and tomatoes. Stir and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Grease a round pan with the remaining oil and pour the mixture into it.
  • Bake in preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow the frittata to cool briefly before slicing and serving.
