Required products :

200 milliliters of freshly squeezed bark juice (8-12 fruits)
50-60 milliliters of tequila
50-60 milliliters of orange liqueur
200 milliliters of water
80-90 grams of sugar
12 small glasses of
wooden ice cream sticks


Method of preparation :

Mix the water and sugar, place the dish on the stove until the sweet crystals melt, remove from the heat and cool.
Combine the lemon juice with the tequila and liqueur, pour in the sweetened water and stir.
Distribute the liquid in 12 small cups, arrange them on a suitable tray and store in the freezer.
Once the cocktail starts to freeze, put the wooden sticks and put it back in the freezer to freeze completely.

An option is to use plastic molds for ice instead of cups.
