How To Cook Frozen Cupcakes With Biscuits, Strawberries And Vanilla Yogurt - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or lemon biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (or coconut oil)
  • 4 tea cups frozen yogurt with vanilla flavor, soft
  • 2 and 1/2 teaspoons strawberries, cut in halves
  • 12 strawberries for garnish, cut in halves

* If you can't find vanilla-flavored yogurt, use natural yogurt + 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.

Method of preparation :

Grease muffin tins.

Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs, then mix them with the melted butter (or coconut) and stir. Put about 1 tablespoon of the biscuit mixture on the bottom of each tin.

Blend the frozen yogurt until homogeneous with 2 and 1/2 teaspoons of strawberries. Spread the mixture in the muffin tins and garnish each with a slice of strawberry. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
