How To Cook Fruit Cottage Cheese Dessert With Chocolate Glaze - Recipe

Required products :

3 tablespoons sugar
150 grams of chocolate
250 grams of cottage cheese
fresh fruit of your choice: kiwi, strawberries, cherries ...

Method of preparation :

Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. Then, using a brush, smear the walls with suitable silicone molds in which to make the dessert. Put them in the freezer, they should freeze.

Meanwhile, beat the cottage cheese with the sugar in a blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Wash the fruits and cut them into small pieces.

When the molds freeze, take them out of the freezer and distribute the sweetened cottage cheese in them, put the fruit on it. If you prefer, you can grind them together with the curd and then fill the molds.

Then pour in melted chocolate and put back in the freezer. Once the coating is firm, the dessert is ready to serve. Remove to a plate and enjoy the taste.
