Necessary products :

    • 1/2 ripe mango
    • 2 apples
    • 1 pear
    • juice of 1/2 lemon
    • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
    •  

For the cream:

      • 250 grams of mascarpone
      • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
      • 100 milliliters liquid cream
      • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

To serve:

      • mint leaves
      • balsamic cream

 

Method of preparation :

Cut into small cubes the washed and cleaned of unnecessary parts fruit, mix in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice so as not to darken. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and Stir in the cream. Mix the mascarpone with the cream, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.

All you have to do is "assemble" the dessert, alternating the fruit and cream in a suitable cup or bowl.

Garnish with mint leaves and balsamic cream if desired.
