Required products :

200 grams dry biscuits
400 grams canned pineapple
2 kiwis
2 teaspoons orange liqueur

For decoration:

whipped cream
2 sprigs of mint
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

For the egg custard:

6 egg yolks
500 milliliters of fresh milk
5 tablespoons sugar
1 vanilla pod
4 teaspoons wheat or corn flour


Method of preparation :

Make a cream.
Cut the vanilla pod, press it with the blade of a knife and add to the milk. Put on the stove. When it boils, remove the pan from the heat and leave for 20 minutes.

Beat the yolks and sugar with a mixer for 2 minutes until the mixture is light and thickened. Then add the sifted flour and beat once more until smooth.

When the milk has cooled, put it back on the stove to boil. Once this is done, remove the vanilla pod and carefully pour the liquid over the beaten egg yolks.

Then beat again with the mixer at the lowest speed. The consistency must be uniform. Put on low heat and stir constantly until it boils. Remove from the heat a minute later. Transfer the cream to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap so that no layer forms on the surface while you prepare the other products for dessert.

Distribute the biscuits evenly on the bottom of 4 suitable cups or bowls. Pour the orange liqueur and put the finished cream. Level the surface.

Arrange pieces of pineapple and kiwi on top, decorate with whipped cream, mint leaves and sprinkle with cocoa.

The dessert is ready. You can enjoy it.
