Required products :
1 banana or 1 mango
2/3 teaspoon water
1/2 teaspoon skim yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cashews
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons cornflakes or oatmeal
blueberries for decoration
Method of preparation :
Fill the cashews with water and let it stand for 1 hour, then grind with a blender. Pour 2/3 tea cup of water, yogurt, freshly squeezed lemon juice, a sliced banana or mango and finally cashews.
Beat all products.
Fill a glass halfway with the resulting mixture, put pieces of banana, a few blueberries, 1 teaspoon of cornflakes and fill the glass with the rest of the milk-fruit combination.
Decorate the dessert with fruit and cornflakes.
Submit immediately.
