Required products :
250 grams of butter
1 kg of candied and dried fruit mix
200 grams of cherries canned in sugar syrup (or jam)
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon fresh milk
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon brandy
200 grams chopped walnuts
1,800 kilograms of ice cream (use equal amounts of two or three different colors)
chocolate glaze and chocolate candies for decoration
Method of preparation :
Melt the butter in a large bowl, add the brown sugar, candied and dried fruit, cherries and milk. Put the mixture on the stove and bring to a boil. When this happens, add the soda and let the combination cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Then pour the brandy and pour the chopped walnuts.
Divide the mixture into three parts and add a different color of ice cream to each, then distribute in suitable pudding bowls, the bottom of which you have covered with plastic wrap.
Make three layers. Close the dishes with foil again and put them in the fridge for 12 hours.
When you take it out of the fridge, pour chocolate glaze and decorate with chocolates.
