Necessary products:

  • 6-8 cloves of garlic
  • 80-100 grams of ham

  • 6 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 2-3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • salt and cayenne pepper to taste
  • 6 teaspoons croutons
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Method of preparation :

Make croutons by cutting bread into small cubes, sprinkle them with olive oil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.

Cut the garlic cloves into thin slices. Put them in a saucepan (with a thick bottom), pour olive oil and fry for a few minutes.

When they start to turn golden, reduce the temperature of the hob and pour the sliced ​​ham into the bowl. Stir and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Then season with red pepper, stir and 1-2 minutes later add the crispy croutons.
