Required products :

1 kg chicken wings
1 onion
hot red pepper on the tip of a knife
1 tablespoon sweet red pepper
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
1 tablespoon oregano
6 crushed garlic cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Remove the edges of the wings, cut into two parts and salt to taste. Peel an onion, cut it into semicircles.

Make the marinade by mixing vinegar with olive oil and add onion, crushed garlic cloves, both types of red pepper and oregano.

Put the wings in the aromatic combination, close the container with a lid and store in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Then arrange them in a pan (in a row) and bake in the oven for about 40-50 minutes at 180-190 degrees (until ready).
