Required products :

  • 220 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 220 grams of unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 120 grams of brown sugar
  • 150 grams of crystal sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs, broken
  • 100 grams of chocolate drops - a mix of milk and dark chocolate

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour, baking soda and salt.

Beat the two types of sugar with the vanilla extract and butter with a mixer for about 5-10 minutes until you get a fluffy pale yellow mixture.

Put the eggs and stir again to combine.

Add the dry ingredients in portions and stir.

Add half of the chocolate drops.

Put the dough in a pan about 20 cm in size with a baking tray and freeze for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 150 degrees.

Cover a larger tray with paper and place the biscuit in the center - no need to press or shape it. Bake it for 35-40 minutes, after the first 20 minutes take out the biscuit and sprinkle it with the separated chocolate pieces, then bake until done.
