360 milliliters of champagne
120 milliliters of gin
120 milliliters of sugar syrup
90 milliliters of lemon juice
Method of preparation :
Mix the champagne and gin in a jug, pour the sugar syrup and lemon juice. Stir and distribute the cocktail in suitable ice cream molds. Put in the freezer. When the cocktail starts to freeze, put chopsticks and return to the freezer.
