Learn how to cook "Glazed chicken with maple syrup and mustard". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 pieces of chicken breast
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 tea cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chopped thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, cut into thin slices
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to maximum temperature. Use a pan in which you can also bake and put olive oil. Season the chicken breasts with the spices and place them in the heated fat. Fry for two minutes on each side.

Remove the chicken to a plate and pour the broth, syrup, thyme and garlic into the pan. Cook for a few minutes, trying to pick up any spices left on the bottom of the pan. Add the vinegar and mustard and leave on the fire for another 1-2 minutes.

Return the chicken to the pan and place in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the meat is done. Once baked, remove the chicken from the pan and leave for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, return the pan to the hob and continue to cook the sauce over medium heat for another two minutes, stirring constantly. The goal is to give your dish a nice shiny color. Serve with the meat and pour plenty of liquid over it.
