Required products :

  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of cocoa
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 grams of melted chocolate for decoration
  • 50 grams of sugar sticks for decoration

Method of preparation :

Melt the dark chocolate together with the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the cocoa, vanilla and sugar. Stir, remove from the heat and place the eggs one by one.

Use a silicone donut tin or make small balls of parchment paper and place them in the center of the cups for the classic muffin tins.

Distribute the chocolate mixture in the forms (if you use the version with the baking paper, carefully pour the mixture around the balls of paper without covering them).

Heal in 8-10 minutes.

Carefully remove the donuts from the pan, remove the paper and dip them in the melted chocolate. Then roll in sugar sticks.
