Required products :

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 teaspoon whole milk
  • pinch of salt
  • oil for the pan

Method of preparation :

  • Mix the almond flour, tapioca flour and milk in a medium bowl.
  • Stir with a wooden spoon to a homogeneous consistency and season with a pinch of salt.
  • Grease a non-stick frying pan with oil and heat it over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/2 tea cup of the dough into the pan and bake until dry on top and rise slightly.
  • Turn and bake for another 1-2 minutes until golden. Repeat with the remaining dough, adding butter when needed.
  • Put the peppers warm and enjoy them.
