Required products :
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1 teaspoon whole milk
- pinch of salt
- oil for the pan
Method of preparation :
- Mix the almond flour, tapioca flour and milk in a medium bowl.
- Stir with a wooden spoon to a homogeneous consistency and season with a pinch of salt.
- Grease a non-stick frying pan with oil and heat it over medium heat.
- Pour 1/2 tea cup of the dough into the pan and bake until dry on top and rise slightly.
- Turn and bake for another 1-2 minutes until golden. Repeat with the remaining dough, adding butter when needed.
- Put the peppers warm and enjoy them.
