Necessary products:

  • 1 banana
  • 85 grams of honey (maple syrup, agave syrup or other sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 150 grams of oatmeal
  • 300 grams of yogurt

For garnish, if desired, you can use strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, apples, bananas, mangoes, kiwis, nuts or more.

Preparation:
Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth. Add honey and vanilla and mix well. Add salt, cinnamon and oatmeal and stir to mix well.

Pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture into cupcake tins and shape into a cup. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Then bake in a preheated 180ºC oven for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 5 minutes.

Fill the cups with yogurt and garnish with your favorite fruits and / or nuts.
