Peel a grapefruit, grate it and put it in a blender. Add the peeled banana (to be well ripened), carrot, pour the soy milk, add the grated ginger, ground poppy seeds and ice cubes.
Turn on the blender and grind the products until smooth.
Poppy is not a mandatory ingredient, you can skip it if you prefer. As for the decoration of the drink, it would be appropriate to be a slice of grapefruit.
