How To Cook Grated Zucchini Casserole With Minced Chicken, Tomatoes And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Casserole of grated zucchini with minced chicken, tomatoes and cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 400 grams of minced chicken (you can use another, of course, or a mixture)
  • 1,200 pounds of young zucchini
  • 6 fresh tomatoes
  • 3 onions
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

For topping:

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams of sour cream

For sprinkling:

  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • green spices

 

Method of preparation :

Fry the chopped onion in a pan, mince the tomatoes, season it to your liking and add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.

 

Plane the zucchini in large pieces, add salt and drain the juice. Cut the tomatoes into circles.

Beat the eggs with the sour cream and add a little salt.

 

Grease a suitable pan with oil and spread half of the zucchini on the bottom. Followed by minced meat with onions and tomato paste and again a row of zucchini.

Arrange the fresh tomato rings on top, pour the mixture of eggs and cream, sprinkle with yellow cheese and just bake for about half an hour in the oven at 180 degrees.
