How To Cook Green Beans With Onions, Tomatoes And Garlic - Recipe

Required product and:

400-500 grams of green beans (can be frozen)

green onions to taste (maybe old)

3-4 tomatoes (about 400 grams)

garlic to taste (can fresh, depending on the season)

3-4 coriander stalks (optional)

3-4 sprigs of parsley

1/2 teaspoon dried basil (or a few sprigs fresh)

salt and ground black pepper to taste

frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the edges of the green beans, cut it into pieces about 2.5-3 inches long, then boil in salted water for about 5-7 minutes. Save 150 milliliters of broth.

 

Steam the tomatoes, peel them and cut into small cubes.


Finely chop the onion and fry it lightly in oil.


Then add the green beans and tomatoes, pour the reserved broth.
Stew the vegetables over medium heat, stirring for 10 minutes, without closing the pan with a lid. Then put a lid, reduce the temperature and leave for another 3 minutes.


Cut parsley (and dill, if you will use), crush the garlic with salt.

 

Add them to the bowl with the green beans, add the basil, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and you can serve the vegetable temptation.
